Triple Berry Campfire Crisp – certainly one of my favourite tenting dessert hacks. I exploit granola (or path combine!) for the topping and native berries from a farmer’s market or roadside stand. 🍓 Seize the recipe under 👇🏻 Who else is tenting for the Canada Day lengthy weekend!? 🎉💪🏼 🔥 🏕 .
🍓Triple Berry Campfire Crisp🍓

three Tablespoons salted butter, divided

four cups contemporary combined berries

three Tablespoons pure maple syrup

pinch of salt

juice of half a lemon

1 ½ cups granola

Grease an 8-inch forged iron skillet with 1 tablespoon of the butter. In a medium bowl, toss the berries with the maple syrup, salt and lemon juice. This may be ready as much as 12 hours forward of time, if desired.

Spoon the berries into the skillet and stage them within the pan. Sprinkle the granola on prime of the berries. Dot with the remaining butter.

Cowl the skillet with tin foil and place over the recent coals of a campfire. Alternately, cook dinner over medium warmth on a camp range. Cook dinner the skillet crisp for about 25-30 minutes till effervescent within the heart and the fruit has darkened. Take pleasure in heat.
